For the high-functioning overthinkers…

What’s your invisible line?

You probably already know where you want to be.

The interesting bit is what’s really stopping you getting there.

And here’s the kicker… it might not be what you think.

It rarely is.

Assess. Clear. Elevate.
Then repeat.

Repeat isn’t a fourth letter — it’s the whole point. Clear one line, the view changes, and the next one shows itself.

That’s it. That’s the framework. No 60-page workbook.

No whale music, promise.

Things people say to me before we start working together…

I need more confidence.

I need to stop procrastinating.

I need to make a decision.

I just need to be more disciplined.

Do you,
though? 👀

We’re all brilliant at diagnosing ourselves.

But the thing making the most noise isn’t necessarily the thing causing the problem.

So let’s see what’s actually showing up.

Where you are (fine, thanks)

← this annoying invisible thing →

Where you
want to be.

It’s the unseen thing sitting between the two. And there’s rarely just one.

You can’t always see it. You can absolutely feel it.

You don’t even have to tell me what it is.

I can work blind. No life story, no timeline of everything that’s ever happened, no perfectly worded explanation required before we start.

No endless analysing. No vision boards. No life story required. No picking it apart for months.

We Assess. We Clear. We Elevate. Then we Repeat.

A typical session

Wherever you are is fine by me — kitchen table, car, hotel room. We do this on a screen, not a sofa.

  1. 1You log on. Kettle optional. ☕
  2. 2You say as much or as little as you fancy.
  3. 3I ask the nosy question.
  4. 4We clear whatever's actually in the way that day.
  5. 5You leave lighter — and seeing a bit further than you did.

The A.C.E. Method

A

Assess

What's ACTUALLY going on right now? (Spoiler: rarely the thing you'd bet money on.)

C

Clear

We clear what's genuinely there — not the story about it. No forty-five minute preamble.

E

Elevate

You move. Higher ground, better view, less weight to drag along with you.

Repeat.

From up there you spot something you couldn't see before. So we assess again, clear again, elevate again. Never the same ground twice — and eventually you're doing it without me.

So what does Elevate actually look like?

It’s not about becoming a whole new person.

Quite the opposite.

It might look like…

  • 01

Walking into the room without wondering what everyone thinks of you.

  • 02

Making the decision without thinking about it for the next three weeks.

  • 03

Saying no without writing an essay explaining why.

  • 04

Doing the thing you've been talking yourself out of.

  • 05

Trusting your own answer without asking five other people first.

You. With a lot less going on in the way.

That’s Elevate. No cape required.

Want to stick around?

Occasional thoughts, awkward questions and things that might make you look at life a little differently.

Cross one line and the view changes.

From where you’re standing now, something else comes into view — something you genuinely couldn’t see before. So we assess again. Clear again. Elevate again. We’re never picking over the same old ground. We keep moving.

Assess what's showing up now

Clear what's actually there

Elevate — you move

And the next line becomes visible…

Then round we go again. Different ground, mind.

We work together over 90 days. Not because change has to take forever — because that cycle needs room to keep going.

Whatever’s showing up that week is what we look at — and it’s often not what you arrived with. Each time something clears, the picture settles and you can see further. Along the way I teach you to spot it for yourself, so you leave with the tools, not a dependency.

  • Weekly 1:1 sessions
  • Voice-note access between calls
  • Honest reflections, zero fluff
  • A maintenance phase to make it stick

The actual goal?

You don’t
need me.

Worst business model going, I know.

You keep the tools, and you keep me in your corner if you want me. Ongoing support is a door, not a leash.

Creator of The Invisible Line™. Professional Asker of Awkward Questions.

Hi, I’m Rebecca 👋

Professional Asker ofAwkward Questions.

No asking how that makes you feel for forty-five minutes while the clock quietly runs down.

I work with people who look absolutely fine on paper and privately know something’s quietly in the way.

I’m plain-speaking, nosy in a useful way, and very hard to shock. I’ll ask the question everyone else politely skipped — then we’ll get on with it.

So what do you actually do?

Fair question.

Think of me as a bit of a PT for your brain. Except there are no burpees.

Somewhere between a brain PT, a professional questioner, and the person who spots the thing you’ve been thinking around. I ask questions. I notice things. We assess what’s actually showing up, clear what needs clearing, and see what becomes visible from there.

Then we go again — because as one thing clears, something else comes into view. You keep moving, rather than circling the same spot.

And no, the aim isn’t for you to need me forever. Quite the opposite. My job is to get you spotting all this for yourself.

Assess. Clear. Elevate. Repeat.

Things I don’t do

Incense. Homework. Journaling prompts. Telling you to manifest it.

Things I do

Ask the awkward question. Spot the pattern. Get it out of your way.

Want a nose around first? Same. 😂

Fair warning: there isn’t a great deal to see. I’d rather be in a conversation than on a grid.

No idea what your invisible line is?

Good.

Nobody does. That’s rather the point.

Let’s have a chat

No pitch, no pressure, no clipboard. Just a conversation to see what’s actually going on.
